The Problem:
Ashley bought 8 beach balls. Hannah bought 8 more beach balls.
How many beach balls do they have altogether?
Sarabeth: I bet Ashley and Hannah are sisters.
Mommy: Let's do the math, Sarabeth.
Sarabeth: I bet Ashley's the oldest.
Mommy: Just do the math, Sarabeth.
Sarabeth: Those are such pretty names, aren't they, Mommy?
Mommy bangs her head on Sarabeth's school desk.
