Well... I've never been to the bahamas but we are heading south to the warmth of Florida next month - and I must say, I am really looking forward to it! However, I would not want to live there forever. I love the different seasons too much. I vote Michigan.
It looks like you enjoy both places, as well! You know how to be happy wherever you are. That is contentment!
It's not fair to winter to vote right in the middle of it! I'm a temperature malcontent so the midwest is just right for me. I say let it snow- sledding on a sand dune is just no fun!
